An official townie

I became an official townie this weekend. For those of you who have never lived in Kirksville, you may be wondering what a "townie" is. It's basically a white trash person living in Kirksville; someone who sits on their couch-that is on their front porch. Someone who spends their money buying cigarrettes and mountain dew while their children are running wild in the front yard. Someone who rides their riding lawn mower around town as transportation....errr. So this is how i became an official townie. I borrowed a friend's riding lawn mower because my yard was out of control and would've taken me hours to do it with a push mower. The catch to borrowing this mower though was that i had to get it to my house. Well, being that they really don't live too far from me, probably 1/2 mile to 3/4 mile away, the best solution was to ride it. That's right people, I rode a riding lawn mower down Osteopathy(it's a pretty busy road for those of you who don't know what it is) on a Saturday morning. I even rode it back after I was done. I am now an official townie.
